Cortallis Sp. z o.o. is the legal entity responsible for all activities conducted under the CRT Agency brand, including service delivery, contractual obligations, and data processing.

2. Scope of Services

CRT Agency provides digital services, including but not limited to:

• Website design and development
• Landing page creation
• Digital product development
• Branding, UI/UX, and graphic design
• Consulting and related digital services

All services are provided pursuant to individual agreements, accepted proposals, or confirmed project briefs. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer in the legal sense.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Use the website in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with website functionality or security
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

4. Project Engagement

All cooperation between CRT Agency and a client is subject to:

• A separate written agreement, proposal, or accepted offer
• Clearly defined scope, pricing, and timeline

We reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion.

5. Pricing and Payment

Unless agreed otherwise in writing:

• Work commences only after initial payment
• Payment deadlines must be respected; delays may result in suspension of services
• Pricing may be updated by CRT Agency at any time

Intellectual property in all materials, designs, and code remains with CRT Agency until full payment is received. After full payment:

• The client obtains a license to use the final deliverables as agreed
• CRT Agency retains the right to reuse general frameworks, templates, or non-exclusive elements
• CRT Agency may showcase the completed project in its portfolio

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Deliver required materials (texts, images, assets) in a timely manner
• Respond to requests and provide feedback within reasonable timeframes
• Cooperate during the project

Delays or issues caused by the client do not constitute liability for CRT Agency.

7. Revisions and Scope Changes

• The project scope is defined at the start of the project
• Minor revisions may be included in the agreed price
• Additional changes or new features may incur additional charges
• CRT Agency reserves the right to determine if a request exceeds the original scope

8. Third-Party Services

CRT Agency may use third-party services (hosting, analytics, infrastructure, plugins). We are not liable for:

• Outages or downtime of third-party services
• Errors, changes, or discontinuation of third-party services

Use of such services is subject to their own terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services are provided “as is” and “as available”. CRT Agency does not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted operation of websites or applications
• Specific business outcomes (sales, leads, conversions)
• Compatibility with all third-party platforms or systems

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• CRT Agency is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant services

11. Termination

CRT Agency reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate services if a client breaches these Terms
• Terminate cooperation if contractual obligations are not met

Clients may terminate cooperation subject to conditions specified in their agreement.

12. Data Protection

All personal data are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept our data processing practices.

13. Changes to Terms

CRT Agency may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Poland.
